Archer Posted July 13, 2008 Posted July 13, 2008 OK after seeing my xbox disks scattered on the floor several times from the all day play fest from my kids i decided that i need to back these things up before i have to buy new ones. So i downloaded the software and tried to get started. This is where i feel stupid. I cannot view all files on my xbox disks. I threw in my gears of war and a couple of others i get like 7mb of info no other information is viewable. I tried on 3 diffrent computers and all are the same. i have tried magic iso, power iso and nero too. and i have done about 4 hours of research on the net. So I am guessing i am missing something here, please fill me in on what i am doing wrong. Thank You
mmalves Posted July 13, 2008 Posted July 13, 2008 Xbox 360 games are protected against copying, and to properly backup them you need a special reader drive and specific software. To find out more you'll have to ask Google, as we can't discuss circumvention of copy protections here
