how to download to begin with??

i know this must sound silly, but i have looked through the guides, posts, faq, everything and what i have found says, load it, or download it, and never says how to do that. it seems it should happen from the home page. but i don't see anything that allows me to do that. i've tried clicking on what looked possible but to no avail. i have used it before when someone downloaded it on my pc, but now, i'm trying to use it on a powerbook. help?

Select the 'Mirror 7' link.

 

Save the setup program to your hdd and then double click it to start the installation.
