TO81 Posted July 20, 2008 Posted July 20, 2008 Hi, i want to burn an image to a DVD+R DL disk verbatim 2.4x Burning software: IMG Burn 2.4.1.0 Burner: TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-S202J SB02 Here is the log file maybe someone can help me. ImgBurn.log
Cynthia Posted July 20, 2008 Posted July 20, 2008 Hi and welcome to the forum, TO81! You can't playback the disc? You should verify your burn if you want to know that the burn went ok. If you still have the .iso file - use the Verify mode of the program to perform it.
dontasciime Posted July 20, 2008 Posted July 20, 2008 Switch to Verify mode tick verify against image if it's unticked and browse to your download folder and choose bioshock. If it passes then it may be cos your 360 drive is not modded or is broken or the nature of downloading ISO is the chance you take when doing it that way
TO81 Posted July 20, 2008 Author Posted July 20, 2008 I have verified my dvd and everything with sucess. So the image is not corrupted. Can it be possible that my burner doesnt support security copies for xbox 360?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted July 20, 2008 Posted July 20, 2008 Do a disc quality scan in cdspeed or a PIPO scan in DVDInfoPro and see how well the drive burnt the disc.
TO81 Posted July 20, 2008 Author Posted July 20, 2008 So i did a scan with dvdinfopro and the screen looks pretty ugly. I am not really sure what this program is for but the quality check at the bottom is at 0%. Here is the screen and i think my burner is broken..
LIGHTNING UK! Posted July 20, 2008 Posted July 20, 2008 Change the scan speed to 4x. Set PI Errors and PI Failures to use 'Block' rather than 'Line. Then try again If the graph still looks awful you might like to try burning at 4x rather than 2.4x. My S203B seems to prefer 4x over 2.4x for DL burning.
TO81 Posted July 20, 2008 Author Posted July 20, 2008 Dude your my master^^ I burned the disc with 4x speed and now i get this picture The disc works and i just can say thank you!
blutach Posted July 20, 2008 Posted July 20, 2008 You got one rogue block there (on the second layer) ut otherwise is OK. Read post 3 again. Regards
