azdood
Hello - My final disc looks and works great except the volume is so low I can hardly hear it. I have "save log" checked but couldn't find the log for this one. I'd appreciate any help with this. Thanks. David
Cynthia
Is it a DVD movie or an audio CD?
azdood
A movie.
blutach
Play the project in media player classic or VLC or any other software player and see if you can hear the audio. ImgBurn does nothing to the audio on a movie. Regards
azdood
I tried several players with the same lousy results. Would DVDShrink have anything to do with it? By the way, I have "Enable email notification of relies" checked but I'm not receiving any emails. What gives?
blutach
It depends on whether you have stripped streams. Can you play the DVD Shrink output (before burning) in a software player and hear anything? If so, the project is OK and you have a problem with your player hardware. If not, you have probably stripped the audio streams and need to re-encode. Re the email notification, it may be just the board being narky or your email client blocking it as possible spam. Regards
