MY CDR I BURNED WONT PLAY ON VCR

THis is strange..previously everything I burned on IMGBURN played on my vcr. I just downloaded and burnt a avi file and it played fine on my computer..then I tried on VCR and it said disc error..might not be compatible.....tried again..same problem.

I used eatcam.com recorder to download these files. I am using Sony DVD-R discs which always worked before.

You probably need to convert your AVI with DVD Flick (or similar program) before burning

Technically a VCR wouldn't play any DVDs.

 

It is a Video Cassette Recorder after all!
