I/O Error: Write Protected

HI! I'm new on this forum and i know my english can suck really bad. I'm 15-year old kid from Scandinavia and here is my problem:

I tried to burn movie image to DVD-R disk and I don't know what went wrong but here is the log, i would be very pleased if someone could help me.

The drive doesn't support the discs you're using.

 

Get some 8x Verbatim / Taiyo Yuden ones.

 

You could also check with whoever manufacturers your laptop to see if there are any firmware updates available for the drive.
