geof Posted July 28, 2008 Posted July 28, 2008 Hi, i have look at quite a few pages to see if there is anything similar to my probs but couldn't find anything. When i try to burn movies that are .bin .cue files i keep getting an error message, obviously i am doing something wrong, but i just cant figure it out 1. I select file the .cue 2. select write to disc That's when i get the message Your image doesn't appear to be of the correct format for burning onto DVD would you like the programme to convert the data to the correct format "on the fly" as it is written I click yes, and i get another message Your image doesn't appear to be of the Correct format for burning to DVD. Sorry no conversion between the two formats is possible!! Do i need to create an ISO from the .bin .cue files to burn it to disc? And what programme will i need to do it? Thanks
mmalves Posted July 28, 2008 Posted July 28, 2008 BIN/CUE images are for burning on CDs, not DVDs Mount your .cue file with Daemon Tools (or similar program) and try playing that with Media Player Classic, VLC Media Player or other players.

I swear to god i am going to boot my PC all over in a minute!!! it is really stressing me out!! and i know that when i am told how to do it, it will have been so easy all along!!! (!) (!) (!)
mmalves Posted July 28, 2008 Posted July 28, 2008 Then you'll have to mount that image with Daemon Tools (or similar program) and use DVD Flick/VSO ConvertXtoDVD/etc to convert the video to DVD format
