Joe_S Posted July 31, 2008 Posted July 31, 2008 Hi... Here's what I'm trying to accomplish. 1. Record a program for example on my panny dvr's hard drive. High speed transfer a 3 hour program to a DVD-RAM disk. 2. I then took the DVD-RAM disk and used ImgBurn to create an iso image of it. 3. I then burned a DVD+R single layer disc using ImgBurn and this iso image. 4. the DVD+R disk plays in my PC, but is not recognized in my DVD players. I must be doing something (or many things) incorrectly, please help. Thanks, Joe
mmalves Posted July 31, 2008 Posted July 31, 2008 The easier route is to use your standalone DVD recorder to burn the DVD+R disc, and then copy this disc if you want/need to. The harder way is to use DVD Flick/VSO ConvertXtoDVD/others to convert the video from the DVD-RAM disc to DVD-Video format, which is the universal format that all DVD players expect to find and play
