mmalves Posted August 5, 2008 Posted August 5, 2008 There's newer firmware available for that burner at http://au.lgservice.com/ (click Device Driver -> DVD-ROM(Writer) -> go to page 2 and firmware EL01 for GH20NS10 will be there). Remember to remove any disc and close the tray before updating the firmware. Also try burning at other speeds (look at the Supported Write Speeds field of the Information window)
