Cannot burn discs with IMGBURN 2.4.1.0 or newest

Hi folks, this is my first post, and the reason why I'm posting is because I don't know what to do and I can't find anything related to the search.

Most of the times I figure stuff on my won, but this time..... software beat me.

No matter what burner I use, internal or usb external, IMGBURN and only IMGBURN will not burn disc. I can burn just fine with Clone CD, Nero, etc...

But I like to use IMGBURN, since it's better and freeware.

Disc doesn't spin, and at the bottom of the log, it stays in "Exporting Graph Data..." and nothing happnes, never continues, app is not frozen, but cancelling will do nothing but return the message where "I heard you the first time".

This happens with all discs type: CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD+R DL

Anyways, here's my setup, any help is appreciated.

Hardware:

Cheap Acer Aspire 4320 with Matshita dvd-ram uj-850s (internal)

I also use an exteral burner: Lite-On DX-20A4PU

Windows XP SP3 32 Bit (removed Windows Vista)

Other Burning programs installed (just in case it might cause conflict)

Nero Essencials 7

CloneCD 5

ConvertXtoDVD (which installs this patcouffin driver or something)

Please help me solve this issue which only affect IMGBURN. Maybe a missing driver or extension, cannot access write commands, who knows.

Thank You All

Install the latest ImgBurn and, when asked if you want to keep your settings, asnwer No (all the settings will be reset to their default values). Now try burning a DVD-R with Test Mode enabled and see if it still locks up.

Thanks, I'll give it a shot tonight when I get off work.

Note: I tried resetting all settins from options, but no good.

Think if I remove registry entries and application data from my computer it might work?

thanks.

Try to disable the 'Auto Export Graph Data' in the setting to rule out that there is something odd with this one.
