dontasciime Posted August 14, 2008 Posted August 14, 2008 If file you have = .ISO / .DVD / Write onto 2.4x DL+ MKM-001-00 Made In Singapore @ 2.4x on a dvd writer that has the most recent firmware installed.
ninimaru Posted August 14, 2008 Author Posted August 14, 2008 If file you have = ISO / Write onto 2.4x DL+ MKM-001-00 Made In Singapore @ 2.4x on a dvd writer that has the most recent firmware installed. so by that u mean dvd data?
ninimaru Posted August 14, 2008 Author Posted August 14, 2008 its my first time to try and burn anything else than music m8. so im a great noob
dontasciime Posted August 14, 2008 Posted August 14, 2008 It can only be whatever it's meant to be with whats contained in ISO so xbox 360 ISO = [data_game/video] [video/game_data] as they have a split hidden partition. You do not need to worry about or specify video/data. Select write mode or right click on .DVD file and burn if you do not have a .dvd file you will need to create one or specify the layerbreak manually.
dontasciime Posted August 14, 2008 Posted August 14, 2008 LayerBreak=1913760 Quake4.iso .dvd file must be in same directory as iso and rename Quake4 to your iso name unless your game is Quake4
Killer Posted August 15, 2008 Posted August 15, 2008 Dont forget to set the user specified layer break, Tool-->Settings-->Write Tab-->Options select User specified 1913760 Or you can download a free app called Xbox Backup Creator. when you open your .dvd file with it in conjunction with IMGburn it will open IMGburn with all the correct settings, works great everytime.
mmalves Posted August 16, 2008 Posted August 16, 2008 When burning from the .dvd or .mds file you don't need to manually set the layerbreak position, as those files tell ImgBurn where to place the layerbreak
dontasciime Posted August 16, 2008 Posted August 16, 2008 Dont forget to set the user specified layer break, Tool-->Settings-->Write Tab-->Options select User specified 1913760 Thats so 2007 No need to as Mmalves says above, if you created the project correctly you will have . dvd and iso so leave that setting alone and set to calculate optimal (which is default) only ever change that to user specified if you have no .dvd mds etc
