davidhb_99@yahoo.com Posted August 21, 2008 Posted August 21, 2008 Hello I have just downloaded ImgBurn to copy personal DVD's and burn new copies. I am completely new to this technology and require advice please on how to edit and add items to DVD's. I started a week ago by importing videos from my Sony Handycam. In order to burn DVd's I subscribed to ImgBurn so I now have saved images from the Handycam imports and from the ImgBurn process. I wish to copy a small section from the Handycam images to the ImgBurn images saved to create a n ew DVD from the 2. I have no idea what to do so would appreciate any help please. I am not at all technically minded so need very basic terminology and leading by the hand on this please. Many thanks David Bradbury
mmalves Posted August 21, 2008 Posted August 21, 2008 ImgBurn can only copy discs as a whole (i.e. it can't add/remove/edit DVD-Video content). For doing what you want you'll need to use a DVD authoring program. After you're done editing, you can then use ImgBurn to burn the final result to media
