Failed to set L0 Data Zone Capacity!

I was trying to burn Battlefild Bad Company (Allstar Release) on for my 360 but this was the error I got on ImgBurn

Upgrade your firmware to 2.1b and try burning again. Remove any disc from the drive and close the tray before upgrading the firmware, and after it's done, reboot the computer

That drive/firmware might not even recognise MKM-003. Try with Verbatim, +R, 2.4x, MKM-001-00, Made in Singapore.
