Here is the error log. I basically can not even read a DVD to rip to ISO file. Any help would be great as I am very frustrated.

There's firmware 2D15 available for your burner. Remove any disc and close the tray before updating. Reboot after the update has finished. Also make sure the disc is clean (no fingerprints/dirt/etc).

Are you trying to read an original (and more than likely, copy protected) DVD-ROM there?

If so, that's why it won't work.

ImgBurn cannot copy protected discs and we cannot help with anything on the subject of circumventing that protection.
