hamleth Posted September 8, 2008 Posted September 8, 2008 I want to burn a DVD in NTSC. Here where I live we use PAL, but it is for my folks in hte USA. Where is the setting? Is it during the creation of the ISO file? Or during the burning of the disk?
volvofl10 Posted September 8, 2008 Posted September 8, 2008 ImgBurn doesnt do anything to TV formats, all it does is burn what you give it to burn. You'd need to change the TV format with some other software
lfcrule1972 Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 Sometimes it's easier for your folks to try and get a DVD player/TV that accepts Pal and NTSC signals Here in the UK this seems easier to do than in the US though..... All my TVs and players at home accept both signals.
dontasciime Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 Ntsc or not Ntsc: that is the question. Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer The jerky picture or the cost of a new player.
lfcrule1972 Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 I never had you down as a fan of Shakespeare mate
lfcrule1972 Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 Bwahahahahahha you're Hamlet-ing it up a bit today mate.....
blutach Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 Poor hamleth has gone to all this toil and trouble (I know - that's Macbeth, already) and got no advice. Convert to NTSC with a program called SUPER (pick frame rate of 24 fps - you'll need to rip the DVD to hard drive first). Wherefore art thou SUPER? (use the download mirror) Regards
