ChairPotato Posted September 27, 2008 Posted September 27, 2008 I recently installed ImgBurn and ran a scan with Uniblue Registry Booster 2 so I'm just posting this in case there is an installation issue. I'm using WinXP home SP3. Thanks, Robin
LIGHTNING UK! Posted September 27, 2008 Posted September 27, 2008 Does that folder not exist? It should actually be longer than that but I guess your registry program cut the rest off.
blutach Posted September 27, 2008 Posted September 27, 2008 Go to Tools --> Settings --> File Locations and set valid paths for those items. For example, most times, your log files is set to: C:\Documents and Settings\Your Widows User Name\Application Data\ImgBurn\Log Files\ But you can set it anywhere - eg your desktop. Regards

Thanks, you're right the rest was cut off. Neither the ProjectFiles or QueueFiles directories existed. I wouldn't have thought to create those or get ImgBurn to use those. ImgBurn created subfolders for Graph Data Files and Log Files. Unless some other program is misbehaving it seems either ImgBurn tried and failed to create the missing dirs or just didn't try but set the paths as such anyway. I really don't think I deleted those folders. Thanks also to blutach's suggestion the problem is resolved for me
LIGHTNING UK! Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 You don't need to create them, ImgBurn does it as and when it needs to - i.e. if you ever actually try and save (or it tries to save) a Queue or Project file.
