mashita dvdram uj850s- cannot write medium - incompatible format

plz plz help ..

im using imgburn , it writes up 50% ish then comes up with cannot write medium - incompatible format ..

i have now used five blank aone dl dvds and i get the exact same problem every time ..

i know im a noob but im really desperate

 

ps - it reads & burns 4.7 dvds perfectly , also reads dl dvds pefectly too ..

Are you using Verbatim 2.4x DVD+R DL discs?

 

If not, please start.

 

If you are and you can't find any firmware updates for your drive... give up and invest in a full height external one.
