Bille Posted October 10, 2008 Share Posted October 10, 2008 I'm trying to burn mp4 videos that are located in a "Download Helper" folder ( a Firefox extension used to download videos) within the My Documents folder. After loading ImgBurn and going into 'Write' mode, I clicked the "browse for a file" button and when I navigated to, and then opened the "Download Helper" folder, it was empty. After closing out the ImgBurn program, I went into the My Documents folder, then opened up the "Download Helper" folder, and the files were there. Anyone know what's going on? I don't do much burning anyway, so I'll stick with CD-R discs and continue using the 'Send To' context menu link.
