dwcooper
Hello ImgBurn's status bar says "Disc Not Empty" for any DVD-R disc I insert, despite the fact that they are brand new. If I insert a DVD+RW it allows me to write but still says "Disc Not Empty" This occurs for any file I try. I have tried different media. My DVD writer is HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-4120B. ImgBurn is the only CD/DVD burning software that I have installed (now). I have run the debug registry file and have attached ImgBurn's log file. I have also attached Nero's InfoTool's log file which gives details of drivers etc. I am using ImgBurn 1.1.0.0 I don't think this is ImgBurn's fault as I get the same error on other burning applications - I'm just hoping you can help! LIGHTNING UK!
Update the drives firmware and try again. The basic information window from the right hand side within ImgBurn would have probably been enough info btw... but thanks for the extra stuff! lfcrule1972
Perhaps dwcooper uninstalled Nero after producing the ifo report ?

dwcooper
Thanks for the replies. I followed some instructions for removing PxHelp20 and that has cleared up the problem. Thanks for the great software. David
