PakoMerle Posted October 24, 2008 Posted October 24, 2008 (edited) I took my time registering because we (me and a friend) started suffering from these errors since yesterday. We are using Verbatim DVD+R DL MKM-001-00 (India) and about 1/2 of the burns gives the same error. The first error was while closing session then now is just the same as the thread starter: Invalid Address For Write....no matter if burnt @ 2.4x or 8x My system is Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit with a Pioneer DVR-116d. One thing to note is that all begun after installing some recent windows updates...but I doubt it has something to do... Edited October 24, 2008 by PakoMerle
mmalves Posted October 24, 2008 Posted October 24, 2008 imran999: Try burning at 6x or 8x and see if works. If it doesn't, try getting Verbatim DVD+R DL 2.4x (MKM-001-00 dye) Made in Singapore blanks and it should work, or else your burner is broken. Pakomerle: The 'Invalid Address For Write' error is, usually, consequence of a more serious error, so please start a new thread and post the log of your burn (you can find it at Help menu -> ImgBurn Logs).
