Cynthia
I 09:30:11 Average Write Rate: 768 KB/s (0.6x) - Maximum Write Rate: 819 KB/s (0.6x)I 09:59:40 Average Verify Rate: 772 KB/s (0.6x) - Maximum Verify Rate: 819 KB/s (0.6x) With those "speeds" it looks as you connected the USB connection to a non USB 2.0 connection. What program do you use to play the burned disc?
volvofl10
with video and sound, what goes in is what comes out ImgBurn does nothing to either of these, so you need to check your source file for the same faults

Cynthia
Might be that the transfer speed from your USB writer/reader is to low to be able to play the disc without those problems that you are facing. The speeds indicates that you have it connected to a USB 1.0/1.1 connection.
