DL contents to standard DVD?

Is there any way ImgBurn can take the raw contents of a dual layer DVD (6.8GB worth of data) and convert and burn it to a standard 4.7GB DVD? Or will some other software have to be used to shrink everything down?

DVD Shrink, DVD Rebuilder and many other programs can do that, and that's out of the scope of ImgBurn
