Help please

i cant get to finish my disks, it fails every time plz help

There is a later firmware version for your writer. You have 1.00 there is a 1.03 version.

 

If you update:

No disc in the tray

Tray closed

Restart the computer after the update

You also might wanna try some lower speeds than the fastest 8x.

 

Available: (Speeds: 2,4x; 4x; 6x; 8x)

thx for the welcome and the quick answer.

I did try it on lower speeds also, didn't try to update the firmware since it never been a problem before.

i just updated to Ashampoo Burning Studio 8 version 7, know if there is any conflicts?

and i put in my old drive now trying to test if its my dvd drive that's about to die

 

Ok it finished fine with the other drive, im gonna update the firmware and see if it helps

Never used it, so I have no idea. As long as the program doesn't install any odd filters it should be no problems. Also take in care that some burning programs doesn't report all error codes that the writer generates. See this thread. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=7860
