MJames Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 Hello I am new to the forum I have a question about imgburn I am trying to us it. I am copying a folder to CD-r it has been a hour now and it still says reading sectors, does it take this long for that. The complete bar indicator is at 99% in the log it says end disc found. Is this ok or will it get to the point of writing to the disc. thanks MJames
Cynthia Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 Hi and welcome to the forum, MJames! You are using the Build mode? Sounds as something is not right. Has it worked before?

Cynthia Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 If you insert the disc and use the read mode, there is a panel/info window in the right side of the program. Can you copy that info. It should be something like this: PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-115D 1.22 (ATA)Current Profile: CD-RW Disc Information: Status: Complete Erasable: Yes Sessions: 1 Sectors: 25

Cynthia Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 You tried to read it in one of the other two burners that you have installed in your computer?
MJames Posted November 30, 2008 Author Posted November 30, 2008 No I will try that now, I have it in the dvd player and a blank cd-r in the other burner. One burner does not work. I use a external burner instead of the one in the computer. thanks Michelle
MJames Posted November 30, 2008 Author Posted November 30, 2008 Thank you Cynthia it works when I use the burner I really appreciate you help thanks again Michelle
