can't burn, can make ISO file

I cannot burn to a dvd. I can make an ISO file. Attached is the log and a screenshot of what I see when I try to burn an ISO file. Note the Disk not empty in lower left corner. That appears whether or not a disk is in the drive. Windows XP SP3 as a guest machine within Fusion on MacBook Pro OS X 10.4.11

Current Profile: DVD-ROM.

Do you by any chance still have the original disc in the drive?

That's a virtual drive. You need to look in VMWare's documentation on how to allow the guest OS to directly access the system's burner(s).

I fixed the problem. It was a Fusion setting
