I/O Error!

Hello!

I had two files a .dvd and a .iso

And i tried to burn it... so i opened it up in IMGburn and pressed "burn"

at 50% burned i get this error:

What does this mean?

 

I tried twice... Once i used 2.4x burning speed and 4.0x the other one.
