use dvd as floppy? -- udf?

Is there a way to do a udf format on the rwdvd so that it can be used like a floppy - so that you can write and erase single files as is possible using incd with rwcds?

From what I've read, some people have said that nero v6 can do it.

Try using a DVD-RAM disc, I believe windows has semi native support for those.
