can't finalize a disk

Hi, I tried ImgBurn for the first time today... the menu and burning itself is completly fine... but when it comes to finalizing the DVD+R it will start to have big problems

The problem is your drive/firmware/media combo.

 

Goto the plextor website and update your firmware to 1.12.
