did the dvd burn correctly

I burnt a knoppix image to a DVD WITH VERSION 2.4.0.0

 

I booted into the cd and got these messages as did i when i ran it from vmware.

While the dvd was burning I was making a cup of tea when I returned the cd drive was open.

 

here are the error messages(not from the burning process but from boot)

 

hdc cdrom_decode_status status=0x5 (seekcomplete error)

 

hdc cdrom_decode_status error=0x40 (lastfailed sense=0x04)

 

then

 

ide = failed opcode was=unkonwn

Please install the latest ImgBurn version if you haven't already, and use the Verify mode to check the burned disc against the source image.
