(MKM-001-00 Vs MKM-003-00, the latter being the 8x variety) Assuming there are no firmware updates available for your burner, its ability to burn that media may continue to be hit and miss.

Hmm, there aren't.. So what you're saying is that some times it work, some times it doesn't? That's gonna be rather expensive in the long term EDIT: The drive's a LG GSA-T10N - any experience with that? It has newest firmware (PR03). Thanks again Edited December 27, 2008 by mrath
