Avalanche Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 I am using DVD Fab with ImgBurn. I am using the same disks that I always use and I haven't changed any settings. Issue: My issue is when I burn a DL, the burn is "successful", then I put it in my PC or my DVD player(s) and they cant read the disk. Out of the last 7 or so DL that I have burned, only 1 has worked. Thanks guys, Av
Avalanche Posted December 29, 2008 Author Posted December 29, 2008 I don't have a log file for a successful burn...unless there are back logs stored somewhere.
volvofl10 Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 go to the HELP button then Imgburn Logs in the sub menu , there in there
Avalanche Posted December 29, 2008 Author Posted December 29, 2008 hmm there is only logs of the few times I have opened ImgBurn myself and nothing else. Do I enable logging of all burns somewhere?
Cynthia Posted December 30, 2008 Posted December 30, 2008 DVDFab saves the ImgBurn log in this place (Windows Vista) C:\Users\**Your User name**\Documents\DVDFab\Log\dvdfab_burn_imgburn.log
Avalanche Posted December 30, 2008 Author Posted December 30, 2008 ahhhhh tyvm! It looks like only the last movie burned is kept in the log. ok sooo now I have to burn a DL and waste another disk to get a log for you all. I'll let you know when I'm done.
Avalanche Posted December 30, 2008 Author Posted December 30, 2008 Ok here ya go! This Burn was "successful" but wont work... dvdfab_burn_imgburn.log

You might also want to try the other available burn speeds, but the real problem is media, so please read this: http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000
LIGHTNING UK! Posted December 31, 2008 Posted December 31, 2008 Verify your burns too, especially if you know you're having problems!
