alec
I don't know what I am doing wrong here. I'll try to explain my best though. IMGburn has been about 45% successful. I am wasting dvd's from reburning. Usually the first time I try to burn it, it fails. Then I put a new disc in and it works. I have updated my dvd firmware. I am burning at 8x instead of 16x. I am not using my computer at all during any of the process, not even decrypting and shrinking. Sometimes it will say something about the audio and in the hint section it says, another program is using it. Something like that. The only thing I had open was the file in my computer/documents....... Any ideas? Should I try it at 4x instead of 8?
Cynthia
Noticed from your other thread that you have updated the firmware. Can you post a log of one of those failed burns? You'll find it here: Main Menu -> Help -> ImgBurn Logs

Cynthia
It could be that another program is interfering with the burning process. That program is locking the drive before ImgBurn can do it. It seems by the posted log that the first time you burn - there is a locking - and the second time you reburn the same image - there is no locking. It's not really helping, I guess I could just buy some crap dvd's and use my good ones on the second try
