Imgburn burning fastest than i told it!

Hi,

I tried to set the burning speed to 2.4x but the program keeps going up to 4.1x, i set it in the global

preferences and in the preferences for the Disk ID and Device..

 

my burner is a plextor PX-800A

 

if you have any suggestions please help me, i already ruined like 3/4 DL DVDs

post a log file of a burn where it goes faster than you instruct it please

Well, that and you not reading the 'Supported Write Speeds' text in the disc information on the right.
