TV System Does Not Match Error

I used the program to burn a .img file onto a DVD+RW (Mainly because of paranoia; I have 24 DVD+R discs that I'd rather use, but I only use them when I know I'm ready to do a finished product) and immediately popped it into my PS2 to watch it. I came up with the following error: "TV System Does Not Match."

 

I'm...completely non-savvy in region coding and TV systems and such (Which I assumed to be the problem, after a little bit of web surfing). Is there an easy way to fix this issue? I'd like to be able to watch this movie on my PS2, and several of my friends are planning to come over and watch it once I get everything sorted out.

 

The disc itself plays on my computer, but nothing else.

Is the original region coded for your region? I mean, did you buy it in a store in your country?

 

Maybe the PS2 doesn't like RWs?
