LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 Do you have any of the other I/O interfaces that ImgBurn supports installed/available on your PC? If so, try one of those. This error could just be a bogus one - what chipset does your motherboard / drive controller use?

LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 I assume your PC came pre-assembled then Open Device Manager and expand the IDE / ATAPI controller branch and the SCSI/RAID one. Then, if possible, get a screenshot. If no, you'll have to write out roughly what you see.
