PhiiipO21 Posted February 6, 2009 Posted February 6, 2009 I wanted to learn Linux so I downloaded a Ubuntu 8.10 ISO which I intended to burn to CD. InfraRecorder was recommended as the image burner to use. However, no matter which of two versions I downloaded, I guess the the program did not recognize my CD-Burner, a Sony. While googling "InfraRecorder OK button dim" someone mentioned your product, ImgBurn. Needless to say, I'm here writing because it was a simple success. Thanks to all of you. Bye. Phil.
GregH Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 My old copy of Roxio would not acknowledge my LightScribe DVD R/W was even connected. I could play through other software but Roxio wouldn't record to it. Upon the recommendation of a friend I downloaded ImgBurn and it worked perfectly. I've just successfully burned a couple of audio CDs with ImgBurn. I uninstalled Roxio and am not looking back. Thanks for a great product. A donation is forthcoming.
