bolanos71 Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 I was informed via the website, that i could use this program to backup my Wii Games, as I have young children. Anyway, I start the process with the Mode>Read....Then after about 3-5 mins, I get an I/O Error! Device [1:0:1] HL-DT-ST DVE-ROM GDR8163B 0D20 (D:)(ATA) ScsiStatus: 0x02 Interpretation: Check Condition CDB: 28 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 00 Interpretation: Read (10) - Sector: 0 Sense Area: F0 00 03 00 00 00 00 0a 00 00 00 00 11 00 00 00 00 00 Interpretation: Unrecovered Read Error I have tried new and old games. I am new to this and have tried everything I can think of. I did see i needed to disable the AnyDVD that I have by SlyFox and still, nothing is working. Can onyone direct me in the right direction? I ordered this thinking it should work right away and gives me an option to download some other programs but is says not to do that unless someone from the support department tells you to do so. SO NOW WHAT?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 Not via the ImgBurn website you weren't. Wii games are protected against casual copying and ImgBurn doesn't circumvent copy protection. If you've paid for ImgBurn I suggest you get your money back (lol, good luck) from the site that ripped you off.
blutach Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 Anyway, post your full log and we'll see if we can help you. Sorry you have been ripped off. The real imgburn site is here. Regards

mmalves Posted February 10, 2009 Posted February 10, 2009 Please read this bit again: Wii games are protected against casual copying and ImgBurn doesn't circumvent copy protection. I'm sorry but we can't help you copy your protected discs. If you somehow manage to copy them (Google is your friend) and have trouble burning them then we may be able to help you
