johnnyten Posted February 17, 2009 Author Posted February 17, 2009 actually somehow by going and restoring everything to defaults in the 'write' sections of settings it works now....thanks anyway!!!!
mmalves Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 Your drive, like many others, doesn't like the 'DVD+R Reserve Track' command, and that's why this option is disabled by default

mmalves Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 Try with Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden DVD+R blanks (you can probably find them in the online stores listed in this thread) and go for the 8x rated blanks if you can find them
