Cynthia Posted February 22, 2009 Posted February 22, 2009 Hi and welcome to the forum, davet! Can you post the log from that burn? It's saved in this location Main Menu -> Help -> ImgBurn Logs The error is that your writer has problems to read the burned discs. The log might show the reason for that.

spinningwheel Posted February 22, 2009 Posted February 22, 2009 I 10:04:49 Destination Device: [0:1:0] PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-K14 1.14 (D:) (ATA) Your burner is quite aged as of now and many improvements have been initiated since it was built in 2005. I 10:04:49 Destination Media Type: DVD-R (Disc ID: CMC MAG. AE1) (Speeds: 1x, 2x, 4x, 6x, 8x) Your choice of media is purely crap. We recommend using Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim (Made in Singapore) to do the job correctly.
Cynthia Posted February 22, 2009 Posted February 22, 2009 Try 4x as write speed. Can you see that burned disc in Windows Exporer? If the above doesn't help - go for post #5. (The Taiwanese Verbatims are also nice ones).
