I 20:51:36 Destination Device: [0:0:0] 16X12 DVD DUAL 1000 (H:) (USB)

I 20:51:36 Destination Media Type: DVD+R DL (Disc ID: MKM-003-00) (Speeds: 2.4x, 4x)

I 20:51:36 Write Speed: 2x

Try burning at 4x to see if it works. If it doesn't you should get Verbatim 2.4x (MKM-001-00 dye) Made in Singapore DVD+R DL blanks and it should work. You should be able to burn those Verbatim 8x blanks on any newer burner :)

That only tells ImgBurn which speed to use when AUTO write speed is selected. Since you've tried 4x before and it didn't work, it serves to show the quality of the media you're using: some work, some don't. You get what you pay for.
