mushroomking Posted February 26, 2009 Posted February 26, 2009 Hi, need help backing up my original 360 games. Wasted way too may (highly expensive) Verbatim DVD+R DL's 8x, using a brand new Lite-on DH20A4P (with latest firmware) via USB. Everything seems to burn fine but will not play in my benq ixtreme 1.5 flashed drive. Below are my imgburn log files. The GtAiv is the only disc that loaded (but freezes before dirty disc error appears) whilst the 2 others tell me to check the tray of the xbox. Any help would be greatly appreci ; //****************************************\\; ImgBurn Version 2.4.2.0 - Log; Thursday, 26 February 2009, 16:36:40; \\****************************************//;;I 16:09:36 ImgBurn Version 2.4.2.0 started!I 16:09:36 Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Edition (6.0, Build 6000)I 16:09:36 Total Physical Memory: 2,095,776 KB - Available: 1,052,820 KBI 16:09:36 Initialising SPTI...I 16:09:36 Searching for SCSI / ATAPI devices...I 16:09:37 Found 2 DVDlog.txt
LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 26, 2009 Posted February 26, 2009 That log doesn't show you trying to burn at anything other than 4x... so give 6x and 8x a go. If the drive still produces coasters at those speeds, get yourself some of the 2.4x MKM-001-00 dye Verbatim discs instead.

Will try MKM001's and post back about their effectiveness.. Heres the new log if anybody is interested. new_log__x6_x8_.txt
