DVD. So I have to download the new version?

It's always good to have the latest version, but just updating ImgBurn won't solve your problem.

I wasn't very clear the first time, but, what's the file extension of the image you're trying to burn?

So I have to download the new version?

 it's the only one supported here.

Have you tried to :rtfg: ??

File extension? I don't know what that is?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Filename_extension

The image you have was incorrectly made and that's why you're getting the file not found message. Until you can tell us which file extension your image file uses we can't help you further

Do you know how to get a screenshot? Even that would help us to understand what you're seeing.

No, how would I do that, I still don't understand the Filename extension...

press the printscreen button on your keyboard and then 'paste' (edit menu -> paste or 'CTRL+V' on the keyboard) into Paint, MS Word etc.
