Hi, when I tried burning a movie to a disc it says file not found, please verify the correct file name given. What am I doing wrong? I'd really appreciate anyones help.

open imgburn, on the toolbar choose help and then imgburn logs.

just copy and paste the relevant log in your next post

It's always good to have the latest version, but just updating ImgBurn won't solve your problem.

 

I wasn't very clear the first time, but, what's the file extension of the image you're trying to burn?

Do you know how to get a screenshot? Even that would help us to understand what you're seeing.

 

 

No, how would I do that, I still don't understand the Filename extension...

press the printscreen button on your keyboard and then 'paste' (edit menu -> paste or 'CTRL+V' on the keyboard) into Paint, MS Word etc.

 

This forum isn't to help you with the basics of PC's and Windows, you can use Google for that.
