Another I/O error

Sorry to post another one of these, but my problems haven't been solved by the other topics. :( It seems like my problem is unique because I don't think it has anything to do with the drive. My old dvd drive wouldn't burn regular dvd's correctly and DL's would get an I/O error. So I got a HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GH22NS30 dvd drive. The new one burns regular dvd's just fine, but for DL's I still get the same I/O error in all burning software. I'm using memorex DL's made in Taiwan if that helps. Anyone know what's going on?

It's very simple...

 

I 16:13:47 Destination Media Type: DVD+R DL (Disc ID: RITEK-S04-66) (Speeds: 4x, 6x, 8x)

 

Try burning at all of the supported write speeds and if none of them work, read this:
