I am downloading videos from Graboid and I need to burn them onto a disc. I have both DVD-R and DVD+R disc. This is a samsung DVD bruner. I get this error "Device not ready (Medium not Present- Tray Closed) Error " Destionation: TSSTcorp CDRW/DVD TSH492B (D:) Firmware version: TB04 HELP PLEASE!
Cynthia Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 Hi and welcome to the forum, asherz! That is only a CD writer + a DVD reader. You need to get a DVD writer to solve your issue.
