Cynthia
Hi and welcome to the forum, whitemobb! I 04:59:53 Destination Device: [2:5:0] Optiarc DVD RW AD-7581S 4H03 (E:) (RAID) Putting a burner on a RAID connection can give odd results. Either try to connect it to a non RAID channel or try to change it away from RAID in the BIOS. IDE is what should work best. I 04:59:11 ImgBurn Version 2.3.2.0 started! A bit old version. Cynthia
Should be possible in the BIOS. If you have a manual it should be described in that one.
