LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 24, 2009 Posted March 24, 2009 It would have tried a slightly different format command after the one that failed... and that appears to have worked.
cockaleekieman Posted March 24, 2009 Author Posted March 24, 2009 It would have tried a slightly different format command after the one that failed... and that appears to have worked. Sorry don't understand reply, after the error it started reformating it self automatically i did'nt change anything.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 24, 2009 Posted March 24, 2009 The (first) command failed so the program tried a slightly different one (automatically). It finished ok in the end so don't worry about it. The LG drives don't really seem to like any BD-RE discs apart from Verbatim ones and I don't think they do DL ones yet.
cockaleekieman Posted March 24, 2009 Author Posted March 24, 2009 Hi, Could anyone tell me where i could get a verbatim bd-re 50 gb(i've been told they are the best to use for my drive) i can only see 25gb ones which are basically obsolete for burning blu-ray movies as more than 95% of blu-ray movies are more than 25gb. I'm in the UK. Thanks in advance.Sorry if i'm in the wrong section.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 24, 2009 Posted March 24, 2009 No need for a new thread, your other one (now this one) was only 3 from the top! It's not hard to google for media, do some research. Note that I did say Verbatim don't actually appear to make BD-RE DL yet.
