Little problem with burning

Howdy. I searched the web for a solution for my problem but haven't found one yet so I thought I'd make a post. I successfully burned two discs, but after that, nothing works. The I/O error I got is as follows:

The verbatims should be fine.

Ok thanks for the info. The discs I used were some JVC's my cousin had lying around.
