I have tried burning at 2,4x and the same problem occured. Before I burned like 10DVDs from this spindl. Benq is quite well-known label, isn't it? And it doesn't work because ImgBurn, DVDs or DVD burner?
mmalves Posted March 28, 2009 Posted March 28, 2009 The burn relies on the burner/firmware/media combination. You could look for a firmware update for your burner with your laptop's manufacturer. Another option would be to try better media, as yours use daxon dye, which isn't good. Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden blanks use the best dye on the market, and that's why we recommend them.
vovox1 Posted March 28, 2009 Author Posted March 28, 2009 (edited) As I am looking for new DVDs, I found SONY 4,7GB 16x 50-spindl BULK and DVD-R PHILIPS 4.7GB, 16x speed, 50-cakebox. Are they good? Edited March 28, 2009 by vovox1
