MartinC Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 I constantly have Windows Media Player running, and when burning a disk I get a warning that the drive access could not be locked. I understand that in some cases this could be a problem, but it has never stopped me successfully burning a disk. Could an option be provided to disable this warning if it is detected that WMP is running?
mmalves Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 It's there already: Tools -> Settings -> Write tab -> 'Lock Volume - Exclusive Access' option. Notice though that without locking the volume for exclusive access, any program can interfere with the burn process, even Windows Explorer/My Computer.
MartinC Posted April 7, 2009 Author Posted April 7, 2009 Ah great - sorry - I missed that one. Cheers.
